1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Reddscout ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use Reddscout for discovering sales leads on Reddit, subject to the following conditions:

• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• You must not spam or harass Reddit users
• You must comply with Reddit's Terms of Service
• You must not reverse engineer or copy the Service

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Credits are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time.

4. Credits

• Monthly credits reset each billing cycle
• Purchased credits never expire
• Credits are consumed when AI qualifies a lead
• Credits are non-transferable

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• All activity under your account
• Compliance with applicable laws
• Ethical use of discovered leads

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.
